The media teacher at Nat’s school is always finding the greatest ways to get kids excited about reading.  This past week Nat participated in the Magic Tree House Bowl.  The 3rd graders were given written test on different Magic Tree House books and the three that scored the highest in each class got to compete against the other classes in the bowl.  There are seven 3rd grade classes in Nat’s school which made for fun competition.  She loves Magic Tree House so this was way up her alley.  All the kids had a great time and all were rewarded with medals and treats.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
