For the first time in about 3 years we decided to take studio pictures of the family. We were reminding during the long wait times, cramped studio and restless, bored, whining voices about why we decided to only do outside natural shots for the past few years. Even through all the angst the pictures turned out great. Here are some shots of the family I took with my phone while waiting for our turn. They are not as clear as I would like but they tell the story.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
