KJ is taking an art class this semester that focuses on the art work from different cultures. This week they made Adobe houses that are located in Mexico. I am noticing that he has began to appreciate colors more, like a beautiful sky or a rock before he throws it. Being in art class is giving him a more detailed eye.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
