We watched fire works at a ridiculously over crowded mall.  It was quite an adventure finding a parking spot but we had a great time once we were settled. Well, everyone but Natalie.  She has still not gotten into the thrill of the loud crashing noises.  When we got back home we had ice cream cones and hung out by the pool.
