Kobe and I took Mo coffee at work and got an impromptu tour of the area he was training in. Kobe loved getting to see his dad in action. On the way back to the hotel we picked up donuts from Peace, Love and Lots of Donuts. The owner Isabelle was a delight to talk to, we spent 20 minutes talking about travel and the state of the world. She eagerly shared samples of her favorite flavor and stories of how she came up with them.. The maple bacon and lemon bar were our family favorites.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
