My husband has a work trip in Naples this week. The kids and I decided to make a vaca out of it. This is only the second road trip Maximus (our rottweiler pup) has been on with us. He was anxious and had a hard time sitting down or relaxing. We had to stop enroute and get him a fuffy dog bed to lay on which helped. The tribe loves road trips and traveling is much easier with teens. Let the adventures begin.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
