My friend Deb invited us over for a taco bar and family karaoke night. What a great idea and a way to include the adults and kids. They had a snazzy set up that allowed us to choose from thousands of songs. We love to sing and spent more time on the make shift stage than not. “Don’t go chasing waterfalls”.. .Yeah, karaoke is my new favorite family night theme. Somebody buy me a mic!

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
