Jordan decided that besides his usual birthday request to get a new phone he also wanted to try jet skiing. I was glad he wanted to try something new! We headed to Hulk Hogan’s restaurant and Jordan and MO both sped away on a jet ski adventure. I could tell by the huge grin on my son of few words face that he had a great time. Next time I’m getting him on a parasail. Baby steps. This year has brought so many big changes in his life. From high school graduate to College student. He has turned into a man right before my eyes. I pray God shows him glimpses of who he was created to be. I pray God’s protection and direction in his life. I pray he has a strong Godly community of sisters and brothers he can do life with at the college level. In Jesus name.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
