We have been discussing elements and reactions in Classical Conversations. This was a fun and super easy experiment using baking powder, dish soap and vinegar. You place the ingredients in your tub in the order listed. As soon as the vinegar is added it begins to erupt. We discussed what causes the fizz and how using other ingredients like sugar or lemon juice would change our results and why. He was most interested in how to get the largest eruption.
