Maurice…the resident Chef..was making his famous home made pizza when Kobe came in requesting to help. The training began, and it seriously is a serious process with Maurice. He believes the more you baby your food as you cook it the better it taste. Way too much detail for me, though I do love the end results. The two of them had a great time getting my kitchen messy.

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
