Today Maurice and I took the kids to the Pumpkin Festival. It was an hour from the city and the kids were thrilled with all the cows and horses that were seen during the ride. Natalie walked through a hay maze (Kobe refused) and rode a pony (Kobe refused). Victoria, Jordan, and Chrisitan found their way through a corn maze. It took them about 30 minutes. Tres had to stick with us, the ground was so muddy only Maurice could push his wheelchair!

Welcome! Legacy is everything to me. I created this blog as a reminder to my tribe of the story of us and my history with God. To my tribe, I know there will be mountains and valleys. Dark nights when you feel alone. In all my years, the one constant that has remained the same is the faithfulness of God. He always reminds me when I am going through battle, to remember our history. His and mine. If I leave you with nothing else, know that the God I serve was present, relevant, and powerful in every moment of my life. I pray you lean not on your own understanding, but yield your life to His capable hands. He keeps His promises.
